Joel Limerick
President
For the past 15 years, Mr. Limerick has led the company from its origins in micrographics through the early period of the digital imaging industry and into the DSI’s current status as a sophisticated ECM solutions provider. Under Mr. Limerick’s direction, DSI has developed core competencies focused on the design and implementation Kofax advanced capture solutions and of IBM FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. These solutions incorporate scanning and image management, content management, business process management, eForms and records management technologies. His is a graduate of Morehouse College.

Larry Pitsenberger
Executive VP, General Counsel
Mr. Pitsenberger is a senior executive with both private sector and federal government experience. He has been with DSI since 1988. He is a graduate of Stanford Law and Stanford Business School.

Jay Hornick
Professional Services, VP
Mr. Hornick is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in records and document management systems. He has been directly involved in the systems design, integration, and implementation of each information and Enterprise Content Management System that DSI has installed. He has been with DSI since 1993.

Jim Roland
Product Sales and Software Support, VP
Mr. Roland has been with the DSI since 1998. He has over thirty years of experience providing product sales support for complex hardware and software systems.

  • Directs our software support renewal process
Barbara Hoyman Document Conversion and On-Site Facilities Management, VP Ms. Hoyman has been with DSI since 1993. She has managed multi-year contracts for copy center management, file room management and document conversion.

Ms. Hoyman also provides management support to the Executive Vice President and CEO as well as support in the coordination of company Human Resource functions.
