CIO-SP3 was awarded to DSI through our Joint Venture with Catapult Technology (now General Dynamics) by the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).

The vehicle is designed to permit the Institutes and Centers (ICs) of NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and all other federal agencies to acquire a wide range of IT services and solutions.

DSI's task area for this contract vehicle addresses systems and services that support the collection, storage, and retrieval of digital images. Digital images can include scanned documents, medical images, geographical information systems, video, and photographs.
